SCREENPRINT

• pigment and permanent dyes used
• any quantity, but most cost efficient between 6-500 pieces
• any fabric or material
• PMS spot colors or four-color process

APPLIQUÉ

• created by handsewing each letter or relatively simple design with a separate piece of colored material
• 200 denier indoor / outdoor nylon available in 75 colors
• most suitable for smaller quantities

DIGITAL SUBLIMATION

• digital process using CMYK colors
• can create photographic images 
• printed directly on polyester
  fabric or vinyl
• interior or short term exterior use 
• most suitable for smaller quantities 
• no size limitations

OFFSET SUBLIMATION 

• high quality, high resolution
• four-color process or PMS colors 
• printed on polyester fabric (many kinds available)
• interior / exterior 
• best for quantities of 500 or more

FOIL PROCESS 

• silver, gold and many other colors to choose from
• can be done on almost any fabric
• can be used in combination with other processes, such as screenprinting or sublimation

EMBROIDERY

• interior display and parade use
• Bonaz style embroidery in Rayon thread 
• nylon or satin background material
